Culture and Technology Study Tour to Japan 2016-17

Between 1 July and 5 July 2017,15 students and 3 teachers went on a 5-day Culture and Technology Study Tour to Kansai, Japan.

They went to the famous historic monuments, such as the Arashiyama Park, Kiyomizu-dera and the Golden Pavilion to study the history and culture about Japan. They also visited the Sakaiko Powerplant and Mishima Incineration Plant to learn about the garbage disposal and electricity generation in Japan. Moreover, all of them went to the Active Lab at Grand Osaka Front which introduces the latest technology from different corporations and universities.

This memorable study tour has brought all the participants a new life experience and knowledge. They were totally immersed in the Japanese culture and amazing technology in Japan.
