In order to help students understand more about the development of the green industries and its workplaces, the HKFYG Leadership Institute provided an opportunity for students to visit the AIRSIDE - Nan Fung Group.

During the workplace visit, students had the chance to understand the environmental protection measures and policies of the green industries, such as showing the recycling data of each department, using bricks that were made from recycled coffee grounds, and setting up bicycle generators for employees to use while resting. Students also took part in an up-cycled workshop and upcycled the denim fabric into diatom coasters.

Overall, this workplace visit brought students a new perspective on the development of green industries.
