The 20th Annual General Meeting of the Parent-Teacher Association

The 20th Annual General Meeting of the Parent-Teacher Association was held successfully on 3rd November 2023. First of all, our Principal, Mr. Wong Chung Ki, gave all parents a warm welcoming speech to express his appreciation to the PTA for collaborating with the school last year. Then, the Chairperson of the 19th PTA, Miss Yeung Po Yan, presented the Annual Report. Next, the treasurer of the 19th PTA, Miss Kwan Tsui Man, presented the Financial Report. After that, an election for the new Executive Committee Parent Members was conducted and ballots were collected from parents. This was followed by the presentation of certificates of appreciation to new PTA Executive Committee Parent Members and a big photo was taken. Before the end of the meeting, parents had a meeting with class teachers to discuss their children’s performance at school.

For the opening speech, Principal Wong expressed his gratitude to the PTA for working with the school last year.
Parents voted for the 20th PTA.
Ballots were collected and counted under the supervision of Principal Wong and Assistant Principal Miss Leung.
The new Executive Committee Parent Members were formed! Principals, new Ex-co Parent Members, teachers and social workers were all invited to take a big photo!
The meeting with class teachers provided a platform for parents and teachers to discuss students’ performance at school.
