The first staff development day was held on 30 September 2020. Dr Zhu from HKEAA was invited to conduct an Assessment Quality-assurance Platform (AQP) workshop in the morning. It is an automated web-based system developed by the HKEAA to analyse test items to ensure their quality. In addition, Ms Chan, our school Educational Psychologist, gave a talk on special educational needs (SEN) in the afternoon. Through interactive online games and authentic cases sharing, teachers can know more about the characteristics of SEN students which facilitates early identification and hence provide appropriate support.
